From Jon We had a short demonstration at the Blue Cross building in Moncton.
We handed out a lot of flyers to people and talked about why we were doing the
action there.
We hung a banner outside and put posters up on all the doors. These
were torn down by security soon afterward, but we took this as an opportunity to
educate the guards as well.
The newspaper paper covered our action and brought attention to the
information we presented about Fortis' threat to the Macal River Valley.
It was a small but quite rewarding action. Congratulations to all those
who participated!! |
